Keep in mind, this may or may not show up for you as a traditional sense of addiction - alcohol, drugs, eating, etc - consider also the sense of addiction to specialness, control, thought patterns/beliefs - and the forms of behavior those show up as for you. - When you consider the core of addiction being a belief in lack and a desire for real connection, how do you see this showing up for you in your life?
