It is important to me to begin by creating a safe and supportive environment where all clients can feel welcome. When you arrive, we'll start with a brief consultation to discuss your concerns, goals, and any specific areas of discomfort.
You will remain clothed during the session, so be sure to wear comfortable clothing. You will lay on a traditional massage table on your back, although accommodations can be made if this is an uncomfortable position for you. During the treatment, I will be gently holding certain areas of your body, often with one hand on top and one hand underneath your body. These gentle holds can assist the body in releasing areas of restriction that cause imbalance and discomfort in the body, and also help to calm the central nervous system.
