Although we have moved beyond the acute health crisis of COVID-19, it is still very important to me to protect, to the best of my ability, myself as a therapist, all of my clients, as well as my family, from COVID and other communicable illnesses. This can only be done through a collaborative effort on all our parts.

Based on recommendations from the state of CT, the CDC, and professional massage therapy organizations (like ABMP and FSMTB), I continue to implement some procedures and guidelines for ensuring your visit is as safe as possible. Please be sure to read the following information and reach out to me if you have any questions.
COVID-19 UPDATE AS OF SEPTEMBER 2025
Although I continue to wear a mask while I'm working on clients, you are not required to do so. However, I do ask that you please:
  • wear a mask if you've been in a situation which may have increased your risk of exposure to Covid-19 or any other communicable illness
  • reschedule your appointment if you are having ANY symptoms of feeling unwell or if you've had direct contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid or any other contagious illness.
To minimize any risk of exposure in the treatment room, I run an air purifier during sessions, as well as clean and sanitize the treatment room and bathroom between clients.
I will continue to waive my late cancellation fees if you are feeling unwell in any way, experiencing any signs/symptoms of COVID-19 or other illnesses​, and if you find out you've had direct exposure.

These policies are entirely at my discretion and may change based on CDC and state of CT guidelines.
