During this time of the COVID-19 health crisis, it is very important to me to protect, to the best of my ability, myself as a therapist, all of my clients, as well as my family. This can only be done through a collaborative effort on all our parts.
Based on recommendations from the state of CT, the CDC, and professional massage therapy organizations (like ABMP and FSMTB), I have implemented some procedures and guidelines for ensuring your visit is as safe as possible. Please be sure to read the following information and reach out to me if you have any questions.

What I ask of you...

Thank you for understanding and for joining with me in my commitment to making your session as safe as possible for you, for me, and for all of the people we come into contact with in our lives!
What you can expect when you arrive for your appointment*...
- Call upon arrival and parking (before leaving your car.)
- Over the phone, I will ask you some questions as part of the COVID-19 pre-screening. Your responses will be documented.
- Once you’ve been approved to enter, I will meet you at the door. Please have your face covering on (I will have mine on as well). I will also have face coverings available if you need one provided.
- We will both apply hand sanitizer and then enter the pre-sanitized and pre-ventilated treatment room.
- I will take and log your temperature with a touch-less thermometer.
- Although I do ask that conversation be held to a minimum, you should always feel free to speak up as necessary if adjustments need to be made during your session for any reason (pressure, temperature, comfort level, etc.)
