My joy in life is guiding and assisting others on their pathway to a peaceful heart. By using a holistic approach, I help my clients care for the well-being of their spirit, mind, and body.
As we nurture a sense of inner peace, we strengthen our ability to navigate the changes and challenges of life. I firmly believe that holding peace within our heart is essential to our healing as individuals and also how we bring healing to others and to the world. Just a little history... I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in 1997, creating my own major at UMass Amherst studying Comparative World Religions. After many years working in the retail and corporate world during and after college, I decided it was time to pursue a career more aligned with my heart. My own struggles with anxiety and depression, especially throughout college and the years following, led me to develop an interest in natural health and wellness. |
This eventually led to a strong desire to help others feel better and lead healthier lives physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I have been practicing Reiki since 2003. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2005 after graduating from the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy and an iPEC Certified Professional Life Coach in 2014 . I added Craniosacral Therapy to my practice in 2010, and have resonated with this work so strongly that it has become the main focus of my bodywork practice.
On the spiritual journey, I walk the path of A Course In Miracles. I am certified as a Text Study Group and Workbook Practice Group Leader through the Circle of Atonement. I am currently in training as a Course-based teacher and healer. I am devoted to assisting Course students as together we walk the path of unlearning the ways of fear and remembering the ways of love.
When I’m not in the treatment room (or on virtual meetings!), I enjoy spending time in the woods hiking with my husband and our dog, Pucca, and out on the soccer fields watching our son.
