Forms of payment accepted
Appointments must be paid for no later than the day of your appointment. You can pay in person on the day of your visit, and you can also pay online by clicking on the “Pay For Appointment” link in your confirmation or reminder email.

On the day of your appointment 
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement and does not feel restrictive in any way
  • Please refrain from wearing heavily scented perfumes, colognes, and deodorants

Inclement weather
  • In the case of inclement weather, I will reach out to you (usually by the day before your appointment when possible) if I've made the decision to close. If that's the case, I will do my best to reschedule you as soon as possible.
  • If weather conditions are causing you to feel unsafe driving, please reach out to me and let me know - even if it's last minute. I do not want you to feel anxious about driving in conditions that make you feel uncomfortable. 
  • As per instructions below, please park in the driveway so that your driver's side door opens up directly to the walkway. 

Arriving for your appointment
  • Be Well Therapeutics is located at 4 Meehan Rd in Woodstock, CT. This is a residential home located on the corner of Meehan and Old Hall Roads. After you turn onto Meehan Rd, I'm the first driveway on the left. I do not have a sign, but there's a picture of my house below.
  • When you pull into the driveway, park immediately on the left side - so that your driver's side door opens up to the walkway. (It's okay to block the walkway with your car - no one else will be using it while you're here.) Then follow the walkway to the front door.
  • Please try to arrive about 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. This will allow me some time to understand your needs for the session before we get started.​ 
  • COVID-19 UPDATE AS OF DECEMBER, 2024
    Masks are no longer required. However, I do ask that you please
    • wear a mask if you've been in a situation which may have increased your risk of exposure to Covid-19 or any other communicable illness
    • reschedule your appointment if you are having ANY symptoms of feeling unwell or if you've had direct contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid
    • reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns about Covid safety.
