Well-Being Facilitation is a process of guidance and support for those who want to experience more clarity, presence, confidence and empowerment in their lives.
Through this process, we work together as a team to create a partnership that supports you in taking action to create change and growth in your life in the ways you desire. Our relationship is based on the assumption that you are the expert on your life and that, ultimately, you have the answers. My role is to encourage, equip and empower you to find those answers within and consciously choose how to create the life you want.
Well-Being Facilitation is based on a Life Coaching model and is not therapy or counseling. Although I may be supporting you from my specific areas of expertise, I will not be diagnosing you, analyzing why things happened in the past, or telling you what to do. My presence in our relationship is to facilitate a safe space for you to explore your life in the present and facilitate what you want to build for your life moving forward.
Well-Being Facilitation is all about you and about the wholeness of who you are.
Sessions can be held in-person and/or using Zoom. They can also be done in conjunction with receiving bodywork therapy, or as separate from it. Before we begin our work together, I will ask you to complete a questionnaire to give me a sense of how you view your world and yourself in that world. We will schedule a 30-minute meeting (at no charge to you) to discuss your needs and goals for working together and decide on an approach that will work best for you.
